The urban is not the urbane
A blessed city
must have a bustle,
not a crowd
A buzz, not a noise
With turns of phrases
Murmured apologies
And elegant emotions
The traffic 
must fondly interrupt
Not insanely disrupt
A civilised town
Is the place to be
