It takes a design

To relish a song

Or be someone's muse.

Like a dish cooked to perfection

With ingredients intact

Tossed at the right time

Simmered well before the switch is off.

Or heated to the right minute where the warmth helps the palate.

To give and to receive

To be and to become

To serenade moments

To feel joy and be blissfully unaware

It takes a design.
